About the Awards
Now in their 21st year, the UK National Contact Centre Awards recognise individuals who are role models in our industry. A credible and robust judging process ensures that the awards remain both independent and well respected.
The awards are judged by experienced operational and strategic leaders from within the contact centre industry. To retain the integrity of the judging process sponsors are not allow to be nominated for awards, and suppliers are not used as judges. All judges have been individually selected and trained by the CCMA to ensure there is a high level of integrity, quality and consistency throughout the process.
