With the CCMA, the UK National Contact Centre Academy has a deep understanding of the training requirements of those working in the contact centre industry. We work with organisations in house to design and/or deliver their programmes and we also offer public courses throughout the year in locations across the UK.

All of the Academy courses are delivered by facilitators who are fully experienced and seasoned Contact Centre Managers.  We believe that the contact centre environment in unique and that this operational experience is a key requirement of anyone training in this environment.
